SAG Awards 2025 Red Carpet Arrivals: Jon M. Chu, Anna Sawai, Millie Bobby Brown and More
The biggest stars of 2025 are strutting the red carpet Sunday for the 31st annual Screen Actors Guild Awards in Los Angeles.
Jon M. Chu’s “Wicked” led all films with five nods, tying the record for the most nominations in SAG history. Previous five-time nominees include “Shakespeare in Love” (1998), “Chicago” (2002), “Doubt” (2008), “The Banshees of Inisherin” (2022) and “Everything Everywhere All at Once” (2022). This year, “Wicked” will compete for performance by a female actor in a leading role, performance by a male actor in a leading role, performance by a female actor in a supporting role, best ensemble cast and best stunts.
“A Complete Unknown,” James Mangold’s Bob Dylan biopic, trailed closely behind with four nods. The film scored nominations for best ensemble cast, performance by a male actor in a leading role, performance by a female actor in a supporting role and performance by a male actor in a supporting role.
On the TV side, “Shogun” led the pack with five nominations, with two in the best actor category. The FX series will vie for best performance by a male actor in a drama series, best performance by a female actor in a drama series, best ensemble cast and best stunts.
